Welcome, I am District Elder Dr. Frances Pinkney, DSW, LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker). With more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health community, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward emotional wellness. In addition to my professional credentials, I am a licensed ordained minister with over 28 years of service.
