My ideal client would want an integration of both the psychological and spiritual parts of themselves. The ideal client would have mood disorders as indicated by their thinking and language patterns and these would be noted and worked on in a compassionate and empathic manner. My ideal client would be struggling with making meaning and having purpose in their everyday lives, their work, their marriages, their parenting as they struggle with an up and down emotional life. My ideal client might too be suffering from an addiction and attachment to primary care-givers in their lives and looking for a spiritual answer to their wounds.
