You finally got pregnant—but your mind won’t let you feel safe. Pregnancy and early motherhood don’t always feel the way you expected. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in fear—especially if you’ve experienced miscarriage, infertility, or baby loss. You don’t have to carry this alone. I specialize in pregnancy after loss, postpartum anxiety, and perinatal mental health, helping women feel calmer, more supported, and more in control. Together, we focus on practical tools and emotional support so you can feel more present and confident in this season. Accepting new clients for virtual sessions.
Working together we build a roadmap to help you feel successful even in the hard moments of your journey. I use CBT, attachment and Interpersonal modalities to address anxiety with TTC / infertility, and motherhood. You will learn new tools to build your confidence in your ability during every part of this journey. Intended parent evaluations available.
Clients feel more connected to their children and partner as well as able to confidently manage their mental load after working with me. I work alongside you finding motivation to embrace change that empowers you to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
