About
If you are hoping to be able to express feelings of anger/frustration in a different way, if you have reacted in an aggressive manner in the past, or if you are worried that you may be unable to control an impulse to react aggressively in the future this group would likely be a good fit to help you develop new skills.
Anger Management Group is held entirely online with a limit of 6-8 participants allowing for plenty of opportunities to share how concepts relate to your personal life. The group meets for ten 1 1/2 hour sessions. A letter confirming enrollment in the group and a certificate of completion are provided for anyone who may need proof of participation.
The curriculum for this group is based on Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) principles which is an evidence-based practice found to be effective for people motivated to improve emotion regulation and anger management.
