Therapy can be a place to pause and reconnect with yourself amid all that movement. I work with adults who are ready to explore what’s underneath the stress, anxiety, or disconnection.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in compassion. I use evidence-based tools such as EMDR to help you make sense of what’s been hard, release what no longer serves you, and find steadiness through change. We’ll build our work on trust, finding a safe, grounded rhythm so you can lean into the discomfort of growth.
