Feeling overwhelmed, worried, or panicked all the time is exhausting. I work to provide a warm environment where clients feel heard, valued, and comfortable collaborating to identify and process any challenges they may be experiencing. I encourage my clients to consider, and even appreciate, that most of our difficult behaviors helped us to survive at some point, which can be a profound shift in perspective. To create sustainable and meaningful change, I help clients to notice patterns that are no longer useful and to create and maintain healthier ones.
