Stiphenee Flores Soto is a licensed clinical social worker. Stiphenee goal is to provide clients with a safe environment where they are able to express themselves with no fear of judgment. She believes that each person has a unique story, experiences, and personality. Dr. Flower is a clinical and forensic psychologist licensed in Virginia and Washington D.C., working with Woodbridge Psychological Services, in Woodbridge, Virginia. Dr. Flower provides psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families. He is trained in a variety of clinical approaches, with a focus on those treatments that have been scientifically shown to be helpful. In addition to his clinical services, his primary interest is in the field of forensic mental health assessment, primarily in criminal justice contexts.

I have a wide and extensive background working with children, adolescents, and adults providing therapeutic individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy with varying mental health diagnosis. I have worked in a variety of settings to include, but not limited to: schools, hospitals, jails, private practices, and community settings. I provide a warm environment to encourage a client to openly express their thoughts/feelings so that we can focus on settings goals, identifying feelings and patterns, developing healthy/positive attitudes and behaviors, and problem solving.

Most of my clients are looking for better ways to manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and/or abusive relationships. Some are teenagers, some adults. No matter the age, they seek balance, meaning, and truth. They want to be better & show up in more positive ways for themselves and the ones they love. Monique Floyd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Newport News, Virginia. She specializes in healing from life experiences as well as coaching individuals through an array of life transitions. Mrs. Floyd believes in empowering others to acknowledge and accept feelings associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, conflict, communication barriers, relationships, occupational goals, and self-esteem to list a few.

My name is Daniel Floyd and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapeutic treatment to diverse populations and communities. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, stress/ trauma, substance abuse, insomnia, phobias, adjustment issues, and relationship problems. I received my BA in Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and my MSW from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

It is my desire to offer hope and solutions to individuals, couples and families who are seeking help. My therapeutic style is caring, encouraging and individualized in order to help each person problem solve, overcome personal issues, and work toward positive life experiences. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive background in both psychotherapy and assessment. Many of the clients I have worked with in psychotherapy come from backgrounds of abuse and trauma, depression and anxiety, relationship breakdowns, or adjustment difficulties to life transitions. Additionally, I work with persons with chronic pain and other major medical issues impacting their mental health.

David is a three time graduate from Old Dominion University Graduating Summa Cum Laude. He was a member of the US Navy Special Warfare community for 8 years while in the Navy reserves and worked for Bank of America for 16 years before finding his true calling in Mental Health. David can relate to you on many different levels as a father, son, husband, military member, military dependent, former high school athlete and business person. With over 9 years of experience working with clients, he is here to help you reach your goals.

I have been working as a counselor for adults, children and senior adults for over 20 years. My experience is vast, as I have worked with families, individuals with developmental disabilities in residential group homes. Within these diverse populations, many have poly-diagnoses who have endured unthinkable trauma.
