I support people and their family members to positively navigate their way through the inevitable challenges of life, love, family/parenting, work, and self exploration. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with children, adolsecents, adults, couples and families. My goal is to help clients to identify and meet their clinical goals, to have a better understanding of themselves, and to improve their relationships with the significant people in their lives.
My approach is systemic, pragmatic and compassionate. I use a variety of treatment methods including Solution-focused techniques, Structural and Strategic family therapy, cognitive behavioral influenced methods as well offering an insight oriented perspective.
My style has been described as open, warm, non-judgmental and compassionate. I understand the inevitable challenges that life presents and have a strong belief that we need to maintain our internal selves with as much energy and zeal as we use to maintain our external selves.
