Hello! My name is Virginia Stanley. I’m an LCSW, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have 10 years of experience helping clients that are very much like you! Every person I work with is a unique individual. There is no one just like you! I use a holistic and eclectic approach that is relatively short but quite effective, including CBT, ACT, Somatic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and when appropriate, faith-based interventions.
In various settings such as the Veterans Administration, local Community Service Boards, and my own private practice, I have come alongside to assist children, teens, seniors, active duty service members, and veterans in their quest to be the best version of themselves that they can be.
