I believe each of my clients has the capacity to live a whole-hearted, fulfilling, and authentic life. As a counselor, I have the privilege of supporting my clients in identifying the obstacles and bringing compassion to the parts who feel stuck. In this process, we learn to see ourselves as the unique and valued expressions of life that we are.
The tools I use include mindfulness techniques, breath work, body awareness, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and other therapies. My goal is to assist clients in expanding awareness, learning to be more present, and developing self-compassion to accompany insightful action.
