About
At times, it can be difficult to feel joy or appreciate life due to mental health challenges that appear during times of transition. Asking for help can be intimidating. I offer compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering therapy solutions, helping you develop your strength and find balance in your life. For over ten years, I have worked with couples, adults, young adults, children, and families who are struggling with anxiety, anger, addictions, and relationship issues.
I specialize in attachment issues, including those caused by disrupted attachments during early childhood or the adoption process. Disrupted attachments can cause relationship issues, so I work with couples, helping them explore the roots of communication and trust issues. I also help clients with anger management, substance abuse, and anxiety..
Additionally, I believe in a body, mind, spirit approach, and can incorporate mindfulness and energy work into sessions. My style is compassionate and practical; I work to support clients in becoming empowered--creating their own sense of peace and increased self-awareness.
