For more than 34 years, I've helped individuals—primarily women—heal from trauma, strengthen self-esteem, improve relationships, and overcome challenges such as binge eating and persistent negative thinking. I have advanced training in EMDR and specialize in trauma therapy. My approach is holistic & affirming.
