I offer both in-person and videoconference therapy over the HIPPA compliant "zoom" platform. My initial focus is to create a confidential, safe environment for a person to talk about their concerns. I offer psychotherapy that provides a way to understand problems and patterns related to moods, thoughts, behaviors and relationships; to find ways to untangle them; and to develop new ways of seeing and responding. This work will support you in developing self-compassion, accessing your sense of agency, and cultivating effective coping strategies.
I've worked with people who have had numerous different kinds of problems over the last 40+ years. I do individual therapy with adults and young adults. I worked at Middlebury College for 21 years in the Counseling Center. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
