I specialize in working with high performance professionals and couples navigating betrayal, emotional distance, mismatched desire, and recurring conflict. My clients are often driven, capable people who are used to solving problems but feel lost when it comes to intimacy and trust.
Betrayal, in particular, can feel destabilizing and overwhelming. I provide structured, attachment-based support to help couples slow down reactive cycles, rebuild trust, and create meaningful change. Therapy isn’t about blaming or shaming either partner. It’s about understanding the deeper patterns that developed and learning how to shift them.
We work on untangling attachment wounds, perfectionism, over-functioning, and the internal pressure to “hold it all together.” You don’t have to keep performing strength while feeling alone underneath.
