My ideal clients are people carrying more than they were meant to bear — and who are ready to set some of it down.
They come navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, or relational pain. Some are American Veterans carrying the invisible wounds of service. Others are women, adoptees, or couples longing for connection and healing.
What they share is courage.
I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore the hard things — integrating practical tools and, if desired, Christian faith — so you don't have to face it alone.
My clients include men, women, adoptees, Veterans, and trauma survivors — people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Often they've been the strong one for everyone around them, with little left for themselves.
I use evidence-based approaches — CPT, CBT, and attachment and narrative therapies — tailored to where you are.
Faith is welcome here. For those seeking Christian integration, I offer prayer, Scripture-based reflection, and space for spiritual processing.
Healing is holy work — and you don't have to keep waiting to begin. If something here resonates, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions across Nebraska and Wyoming.
