Welcome! I’m so happy you are here, and I am grateful for the opportunity to walk beside you on your journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), and EMDR trained. My goal will always be to encourage and help affirm your strengths, to meet you where your needs are, and to support you during whatever life or role transitions may occur. I am passionate about providing supportive, collaborative, non-judgmental care and education to individuals, new parents (no matter the journey), those hoping to become parents, birthing persons, and pregnant individuals.
I engage with birthing individuals and their families through telehealth and in person sessions, utilizing multiple treatment modalities, as no two people are the same. I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, including Postpartum Anxiety, OCD, and Birth Trauma. I have received additional training in EMDR and Exposure Response Prevention.
I am here to help you recognize your strengths, explore your identity, and to help you achieve your desired level of functioning.
