My clients typically seek treatment for anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, suicidal ideation, and self-harm histories. I have worked with survivors of foster care, drug abuse, war, grief/loss, neglect, and other abuses. I utilize client-centered, trauma-informed models that stabilize symptoms, while we prepare for trauma reprocessing, in a supportive therapeutic environment.
My primary model of treatment is EMDR. I take those protocols and principles, along with solution-focused, CBT, DBT and other modalities to help stabilize my clients for the work of reprocessing trauma. The goal is preparing for reprocessing and decreasing overall symptoms.
Please be advised I will not respond to inquiries sent on the behalf of the intended client. My clients' consent and intentional involvement is essential to successful treatment. Please feel free to send any questions by EMAIL or TEXT, and leave a message should you choose to call.
