I believe all people are capable of change, growth, and healing, especially when they are seen and understood for who they are. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, or questions of identity. I offer a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to build self-awareness, explore patterns, and develop practical tools. Together, we work toward greater resilience, clearer communication, and a more authentic, connected life.
I draw from a variety of approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, including narrative therapy, expressive arts, trauma-informed CBT, ACT, DBT, parts work, and mindfulness.
I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but it’s a brave step toward healing. Regardless of your specific therapeutic goals, I’m here to help you find the tools that work for you. I’d love to support you when you’re ready.

Groups
Boundaries & Assertiveness Group
Speaking up for yourself can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to prioritizing others’ needs. This group offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to learn and practice assertiveness. You’ll build skills to set boundaries, say no without guilt, and communicate with clarity and confidence. Through guided exercises and discussion, you’ll apply these tools to real-life situations, whether at work, in friendships, and in relationships. Ideal for adults who struggle with people-pleasing or fear of conflict and want healthier, more authentic ways of relating.
