I believe all people are capable of change, growth, and healing, especially when they are seen and understood for who they are. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, or questions of identity. I offer a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to build self-awareness, explore patterns, and develop practical tools. Together, we work toward greater resilience, clearer communication, and a more authentic, connected life.
I draw from a variety of approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, including narrative therapy, expressive arts, trauma-informed CBT, ACT, DBT, parts work, and mindfulness.
I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but it’s a brave step toward healing. Regardless of your specific therapeutic goals, I’m here to help you find the tools that work for you. I’d love to support you when you’re ready.

I tailor my approach to each client's needs, starting with evidence-based techniques like CBT and motivational interviewing to create immediate, meaningful change. As clients gain stability, I integrate psychodynamic and existential theory, along with narrative therapy and expressive arts, to explore deeper patterns and long-term goals. My goal is to help clients not just cope, but truly thrive.
