My approach is centered around helping you create wholeness within yourself. Once your goals for therapy are established, we will focus on achieving what you envision. We will identify and help you break through old patterns that hold you back in life. As you extricate yourself from past acculturation, you will get in touch with your beautiful core Self. At the end of therapy with me, you will feel a sense of restoration and experience freedom from your emotional baggage.
The sessions that I offer are an uplifting experience. I facilitate clients moving from being in distress, such as depressed and anxious, to learning to create what you really want in life. I teach you specific practices to help you get there, including meditation, designed to enliven your own capacity to heal from whatever bothers you.
Somatic Experiencing, is offered to mitigate stress, heal from trauma and create inner peace. Session fees vary and are based upon the type of service rendered including individual, couples or family therapy; workshops and wholistic healing sessions. .
