Hello, I am Virginia (Gigi) a psychotherapist, registered dietitian, yoga and mindfulness teacher. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in deepening self-exploration, looking to improve their relationship with themselves and others, and navigate diverse mental health challenges such as developmental and adult trauma, post traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety. I also specialize and enjoy working with individuals that are challenged with disordered eating/eating disorders and who desire to improve and heal their relationship with food and body.
My approach is biopsychosocial-spiritual (integrative), compassionate, and mindfulness-based. I use humanistic and depth psychology, polyvagal, and attachment theory to inform my work. I also offer a trauma treatment called Jungian Advanced Motor Processing (JAMP) to help heal and integrate traumatic experiences and restore mind-body balance.
