Does trauma or anxiety leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or your body? Have you experienced a loss that shattered your sense of stability and you feel unsure of how to move forward in life? Therapy provides a space to process your emotions, rebuild a sense of safety in your body, and reconnect with yourself and others in ways that feel meaningful.
You want to feel grounded, present, and able to engage with life again—without guilt, shame, or fear holding you back. Together, we’ll work toward healing that allows you to feel more present, empowered, and at ease in your life.
I help teens and adults navigate grief, trauma, and anxiety through an exploration of stories you hold in your heart about yourself and the world, somatic therapy, expressive arts, and EMDR. Therapy with me is collaborative, creative, and tailored to your unique needs. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent-informed, and committed to anti-oppressive living.
Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about discovering new ways of being with yourself. You do not have to do this alone, and I would love to walk alongside you on the path of healing. Schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation to give us a chance to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, and create space to answer any questions you may have.
