I help adults who grew up in challenging family dynamics that felt normal at the time, but who now find themselves secretly feeling stuck and unfulfilled despite looking fine and capable on paper who are struggling with relationship difficulties, hidden feelings of being unlovable, carrying heavy responsibility for others' emotions, and a quiet self-dislike masked by an outwardly confident demeanor and want to make proactive life choices out of genuine desire rather than obligation, feel comfortable embracing new people and experiences, and live free from rigid thinking and constant concern over what others think.
