Our work together will improve your insight and skills to cope with those and other presenting challenges, so you can make sense of the world around you and regain control over your life.

My counseling is aided by two decades of corporate and private business experiences. And as a former athlete and coach, I continuously seek to improve my skills to benefit those who I have the privilege to work with.
