We work with children, tweens, teens, adults, couples, families, first responders, and veterans facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, PTSD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our therapists use evidence-based treatments, including CBT and DBT, to provide personalized care in a safe, supportive environment. We are primarily a self-pay practice, accept a limited number of insurance plans, and offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Our goal is to help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and create lasting change.
