Hello. My name is Violeta Esparza (some call me Violeta, but most call me Violet), I am an empathetic and dedicated LMFT based in Southern California working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families and specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, mood and personality disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. I focus on providing high-quality mental health care through a compassionate and eclectic approach that emphasizes evidence-based modalities to best meet the needs and goals of each individual client.
I typically work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community. I feel most well-versed in working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, mood and personality disorders, codependency, relationship issues, and life situations.
Relationship issues can be past or current with another individual, such as a significant other, family member, friend, coworker, etc. Life situations are usually, but not limited to, transitions, adjustments, and challenges.
