Hello. My name is Violeta Esparza (some call me Violeta, but most call me Violet), I am an empathetic and dedicated LMFT based in Southern California working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families and specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, mood and personality disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. I focus on providing high-quality mental health care through a compassionate and eclectic approach that emphasizes evidence-based modalities to best meet the needs and goals of each individual client.
I typically work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community. I feel most well-versed in working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, mood and personality disorders, codependency, relationship issues, and life situations.
