My experience spans a wide range of challenges, including trauma, life transitions, complicated grief, depression, anxiety, and more. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, a specialized approach for addressing symptoms of trauma. I believe you are the expert in your own life.
