Hello and Welcome! I believe that individuals seek therapy because they want something to be better in their life or a loved one's life. My goal in working with you is to meet you where you are at and to encourage and guide you towards the change you are seeking. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I aim to provide a patient, warm and non judgmental environment.
While my approach to therapy often stems from a mind-body-soul perspective, I also incorporate cognitive behavioral, family systems and other evidence-based treatments to address your individual needs. Additional areas of expertise include anxiety, grief, parenting support, and health related concerns. Christian counseling also available.
