Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, a recent break-up, or coping with grief and loss, I am here to walk with you through it. I am in your corner. As your therapist I will work along side you to figure out some of the hard challenges you are facing. We can build coping skills, practice mindfulness techniques, or discuss helpful relationship skills to better your life circumstances. My approach to helping my clients includes providing individually based treatment plans unique to each client I work with. I specialize in marriage counseling building communication skills and decreasing conflicts. I am also experienced in working with military veterans, families, teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or PTSD symptoms.
