In our work together, we slow things down and begin to understand what's happening inside. It’s not about trying to “fix” you, it’s about creating a safe and supportive space that allows healing to happen, so you can stop pushing through and begin to find your way back to yourself. My approach is warm and unhurried - grounded in deep listening, and helping you understand yourself with more clarity and compassion.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, emotional eating, ADHD, career uncertainty, chronic stress, and emotional burnout. I welcome and affirm clients across the full spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation, and approach every person I see with genuine care and respect.
