I help clients of all ages achieve deep, lasting healing. My approach combines IFS, CBT, temperament-based strategies, and Solution-Focused therapy. Together, these methods go beyond managing symptoms, they heal wounded parts, reshape limiting thoughts, and break generational cycles. I'm passionate about reducing mental health stigma.
