Asking for help can be scary, and it’s my job to help guide and encourage you to take the steps necessary for change in your life….at your own pace based on your own needs. Trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and even grief can take root in our everyday lives without us even knowing it. They can manifest and effect our well being in negative ways. Once we realize they are there, it takes a lot of courage to seek change. I am very passionate about guiding individuals from ages 12 and beyond through transitions of life that may encompass dealing with these issues and more.
My therapeutic range allows me the ability to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on each individual's needs. My goal is to create a collaborative relationship to help provide my clients help using a modality that suits their needs. My unique experiences have given me a skill set to help guide clients to what is best for their life.
My goal is to provide a safe and respectful environment that allows for a trusting therapeutic relationship while collaboratively working with clients to develop skills of self reflection, perseverance, and resilience. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples through the many challenges they face.
