I’m a licensed clinician at Ellie Mental Health in Murfreesboro, TN. I have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents of all genders to support them in overcoming the struggles they face in their day-to-day lives. I enjoy working with various populations including LGBTQIA+, veterans, first responders, blended families, and other survivors on various diagnoses like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and substance abuse, just to name a few. I want to work together with my clients to find healthy ways of managing symptoms and triggers in order to gain new perspectives and a sense of fulfillment.
I have a wide variety of skills, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, mindfulness, and so on. I’m not specialized in any one treatment because I want to be able to shift and adjust to whatever my clients need. My primary goal in session is for you to feel supported in your growth, and that you don’t have to take on your problems alone.
