We were not born anxious, depressed, or unmotivated. Our symptoms stem from difficulties in early family relationships, and become adult struggles with intimacy, and fear of isolation, meaninglessness, death, and writing our own narrative. Together we will strive to uncover the person beneath the struggle, and evolve you into who you've always wanted to be.
