Before becoming a therapist, I spent years helping organizations navigate uncertainty, stress, and change. That experience, along with my work as a crisis counselor with The Trevor Project, shaped my belief that healing happens through curiosity, connection, and a clearer understanding of the stories and relationships that shape us.
