Hi! Thank you for viewing my profile to decide if you'd like to meet me and collaborate with me on your therapeutic journey. I always believe the client should pick the therapist not the other way around. Autonomy and self-determination are beautiful concepts. I do not have ideal clients but rather I have a few specialities that find me doing my best work: sex therapy, parts work and trauma reprocessing. I have been privileged to witness some of the most amazing transformations in people by offering my therapeutic alliance and support.

My therapy tool kit is diverse. . .and intentionally so! My clients are my priority and I am well-trained and competent in my chosen areas including EMDR, Psilocybin-Assisted (PAT) Therapy, psychedelic harm reduction, Rogerian Therapy, Ego States Work, and The Safe and Sound Protocol. I am also ENM/poly+, kink+ and sex-positive in my approach to therapy.
