Accepting new clients! I work with couples, individual adults, and adolescents 15+ who are experiencing individual, relational and communication challenges. Stressors I work with include work-life balance, family stress, communication issues, parental-teen conflict, anxiety, trauma, stress, bullying, grief, identity, & adjustment challenges. I work with you to build inner strength and awareness, to grow personally, and to thrive interpersonally. I help you better understand what's happened to you, how to identify your blind spots, and to manage your personal + professional challenges in a way that is helpful and rewarding.
Some people are aware counseling is for them. Maybe you feel depressed, are struggling with relationships or experiencing something in your lives that's driving you to seek help. Yet, some are not so sure. They're simply overwhelmed and wish someone would listen to them. Either way, we can work together to achieve balance and happiness.
My professional experience spans 25 years in a variety of industries, including building Tech firms in the .com era, general consulting, and have owned a local small business for the past 17 yrs. My background helps relate to, and assist, people from NVA, as our environment is so uniquely filled with pressure, expectation and busy professionals seeking more.
