I have more than five years of counseling experience working with individuals of all ages and many presenting problems. I have the most extensive experience working with people with mood related problems (such as: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and others) and those who have experienced traumatic events.
My approach to therapy begins with the person and grows from there. It is important to me to develop a close therapeutic relationship focusing on a person’s multicultural and social identities.I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I also have experience with interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT).
I aim to provide a safe, judgment-free environment for you and to help you work through what has led you to read my profile.
