About
I help adolescents and adults who in some way feel broken connect with their inner wholeness. A mindfulness instructor since 2003, I offer a deep level of presence that meets you where you are, building trust for the exploration and location of all necessary strengths and resilience within your own history and experience. I can coach you through a career transition, help you process painful experiences, and help your teenager navigate the new challenges he or she faces. I can help you make sense of your past, live more joyfully in the present, and gain newfound hope for the future.
Locating and transforming the stuck places in our lives can free us to live more openly and with less fear and withdrawal. My commitment is guiding you in this process of healing, and bearing witness to the wise re-authoring of your unique human life.
As each life necessarily intertwines with wider interpersonal, social, and cultural fabrics, I also meet the whole of who you are within these contexts without assuming that my experiences of racism, sexism, homophobia, and other large-scale injustices could match your own.
