Are you a high-functioning individual navigating major life transitions, seeking growth beyond surface-level talk? You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with clients who are goal-oriented, creative, curious, and are seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and deeper connections with self and others. My counseling approach is grounded in three gold-standard, evidence-based methods for which I am Certified to practice: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), The Gottman Method for Couples (GMC), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Our work together will be structured, supportive, affirming, and focused. My practice is particularly suited for clients experiencing or preparing for major life transitions, including marriage, becoming parents, facing professional challenges, aging, or recovering from loss—whether personal, professional, financial, or spiritual.
My communication style is welcoming, warm, and affirming. I prioritize experience in the here and now rather than ideas there and then. My role is to accompany and guide you and to undo the aloneness you may be experiencing, as we build trust during the process.
