Hi there, my name is Vilija (Vi-lee-uh), and my goal as a therapist is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel empowered and accepted. Through a collaborative approach, we may work together to support your needs and explore the ways you can cultivate positive change in your life.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), as well as Psychodynamic therapy. However, I pull from many modalities to provide personalized care for each unique individual.
Working closely with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or interpersonal issues, I offer personalized support to help navigate these challenges. Drawing from this experience, let's collaborate to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.
