I specialize in helping people work through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and issues with self-esteem/bpdy image. I have a specific passion for working with college students and young adults who are navigating new seasons of life.
I believe that therapy is a form of self-care and can add to a balanced and healthy life. As we discover more about ourselves, we can begin to gain peace and feel more grounded. I find that building relationships is one of the most rewarding aspects of life and is an integral part of my therapy practice.
