About
Thank you for looking at my profile! First and foremost, I want to make sure that our work together helps you feel safe, supported, and understood. My main focus is to understand your needs and help you reach your goals. I aim to be gentle, no-nonsense, and caring. The therapeutic techniques I use are supported by research, and are tailored to meet your individual needs. I can be especially helpful to people struggling with trauma, sexuality, or gender identity.
I work well with people whose life experiences have made it difficult to trust, feel, or connect. I am comfortable talking about difficult topics like abuse, shame, and loneliness. Some common goals I can help with include improving your self-confidence, motivation, sense of purpose, or your relationships.
Other details you might find helpful: I currently have a wait list for Saturday appointments. Please look below for information on my sliding scale. Current clients can schedule their own appointments virtually. I also accept credit card and "contact-less" payments (Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.)
