I have over a decade of experience as a therapist. Many of the men and women I work with struggle to trust, connect, or feel. I can support you through difficult experiences like trauma or abuse, addiction, infidelity, problems with porn, and sexual concerns. I strongly believe LGBTQ+ people deserve a safe space to work through life's challenges.

I can meet with you in person in Shelton, CT, and through telehealth anywhere in CT. Sessions with me run 45-55 minutes for individual therapy, and weekly sessions are standard. I do accept clients with Husky insurance.
