As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I’ve served the mental health community for over 2 decades. I am dedicated to learning the most effective approaches to support wellbeing.
I employ a wide-range of techniques in my practice which include but are not limited to: trauma-informed practice, EMDR, Imago Relationship Therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and goal setting, CBT, relaxation skills training, interpersonal therapy (IPT), clinical hypnotherapy, pain reduction and holistic perspectives.
As a practitioner, my goal is to help support and inspire individuals to achieve their personal goals and realize their potential. I find the practice of psychotherapy both exciting and fulfilling and the opportunity to work with individuals seeking healthy change an absolute privilege.
