I enjoy helping adult clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that is best utilized when client and therapist work together to meet client goals. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and will work closely with you to find the treatment strategies that work best for addressing your concerns.
