I am a first generation immigrant refugee family from Vietnam/Cambodia living in America. Raised in Washington, My graduate degree from University of Washington Masters of Social Work Program. I’ve spend over 13 years working as a professional Social Worker for various institutions both government and community based, serving my community. It was always my life-long dream to be in private practice specializing in Trauma-Informed Care and aid in healing from Racial Trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence with deep exploration around self-love and body positivity

I am passionate about helping individuals gain insight into the way they perceive and interact with their world. My hope is that through this self-awareness, my clients feel more empowered to face the challenging demands of their lives. As a first generation Asian-American, I can relate to the challenges that many clients face when having to navigate a new set of rules and culture. These stories carrying family history, life crisis or transitions, illnesses, relationship or vocational stress, caring for loved ones with special needs and so on, often show up in conversations in my practice. My clients find it therapeutic discussing these narratives and where suitable, "Re-Story" them to allow new perspectives to emerge and to resolve matters initially described as stuck or unfinished.
