Therapy with me is not just talk, but truly holistic in exploring the deeper layers of experience through attention to the body, sensation, impulse, imagery, and emotion. This process helps to get you out of your head and into your body, and generates lasting changes in how you feel and experience yourself.
Over time, constricting patterns are unraveled and a sense of aliveness and growth more fully emerges. This work is especially helpful if you are dealing with depression, anxiety, difficulties around intimacy, life changes, trauma recovery, or significant physical symptoms such as chronic pain or illness.
