I'm a licensed mental health counselor and founder of Therapy By Design Professional Counseling Services. In counseling I work primarily with young adults and older, providing therapy for individuals, couples and families; utilizing many therapeutic approaches carefully designed to meet each individuals needs. My greatest joy is helping others move towards unlocking their greatest potential of self.
