I am a clinical neuropsychologist and provide neuropsychological evaluations to students of all ages to help determine their strengths and weaknesses and the root cause of their difficulties (e.g., learning disorders, ADHD, anxiety/mood disorder, etc.). I provide targeted recommendations, which may include school-based interventions, standardized test accommodations (e.g., SAT, ACT, etc.), referrals for follow-up treatment, study skills, executive functioning strategies, etc. Evaluations include an initial consultation, testing, feedback meetings, and a comprehensive report.
I also provide executive function coaching, which involves teaching students the skills they need to meet with success in school and in everyday life. This includes planning, prioritization, organization, self-monitoring, time management, homework completion and study skills. In addition, I provide individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and
young adults who are struggling with learning disabilities, attention & executive functioning, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social functioning, and the adjustment to college life. Depending on your presenting concerns, therapy may focus on building insight into patterns of behavior and thinking, and/or direct teaching of strategies.
