Welcome! My name is Vienna and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe that each of us are unique and have something special to offer the world. I help my clients to get to know and accept all parts of themselves so they can show up in their fullness. My mission is to help you remember who you are and develop everlasting self-love so you can confidently shine & carry out your unique purpose in this life. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other issues, I firmly believe that knowing ourselves and loving ourselves is the foundation for healing all wounds and making the world a better place.
I work with individuals 18 & up. I include Mindfulness, Jungian techniques, Internal Family Systems, and more into sessions. I help clients gain a deeper connection with their own mind, body, heart & spirit. For those who are comfortable, I incorporate energy healing & sound into sessions, and help clients connect with their own intuition and a Higher Power.
